Contractions: Need advice please

I’m having contractions about every 6 minutes. I’d say they are of moderate pain though. Some kind of take my breath away, but nothing too crazy.

Should I call the nurse line to see if I should come in or continue to track and see if they become more painful? FTM and not sure what to do or expect here.

*UPDATE* I called the nurse line and they said for me to wait until my contractions are less than 6 minutes apart for at least an hour. Guess I’ll keep tracking.
