Chances of having twins +

Me and my husband are ttc baby no 2. I was just wondering if anyone knew what sort of chance i have with getting pregnant with twins or more. I have not managed to find any scientific figures online so just wondering if anyone can give me an insight. I am a naturally concieved triplet, have cousins who are twins ( mothers side obviously) and my first born was a twin but we sadly lost her twin just before the 3 month mark. I just wanted to know if anyone could give me rough odds, such a i know women would have a 1 in 250 chance of having identical twins as thats not linked to genetics.
