suggestions for morning sickness??

i’ve been taking vitamin B6 and i’m going to go get preggy pop drops today but my morning sickness is so bad i’m basically bed ridden and can’t do anything. i can’t take care of my daughter and it’s killing me i feel awful emotionally and physically. does anyone have any suggestions ? i didn’t have it this bad with my first

Take unisom with the vitamin b. That’s what I did during my last pregnancy- I was sick every day for 30weeks out of 40weeks, but it did seem to help.

I would eat extremely sour candies which sometimes helped.

The only thing that is helping me is lemonade. I made my own with the juice of 5 lemons and half a cup of honey. The honey is microwaved for 30 secs then add the lemon juice. Keep that in the fridge and add some to water as you need it.
