My 2 year old woke up this morning with this rash on his face, i called the hospital in town, and decided to bring him in to the doctors first thing in the morning. But im so concerned about what it could possibly be. He hasnt been messing with it nor does it seem to bother him, no fever or anything else. My sister suggested putting a little breast milk on it to see if it would help a little which i did in the top picture after i took the bottom picture. Any suggestions or anything???

Also he doesnt have it anywhere else on his body.
