Sleeping pills overdose

Can 125 mg of sleeping pills potentially kill someone. In this situation, they’ve already taken them. Do I tell them stay awake or fall asleep? I’m far away and cannot call the police or the ambulance. I told her to throw them up, and she’s thrown up brown liquid.

Edit: Height is - 5’3, weight is around 140.

I don’t know the NAME of the pills but they were 25 mg each, blue oval shaped. The main ingredient was Diphenhydramine.
