Latching issues

I need some advice and couldnt think of a better place to turn since I can not reach my lactation consultant.....my lo is 2wks 5days old she was post term by a few days and her latching has been okay for the most part had some issues we were supplementing with formula and she was still doing okay at breastfeeding but now she seems to be having more issues latching & staying latched since I've stopped having to supplement as often. I maybe have to supplement once a day so My question is what can I do aside from nipple shields to help with latching I'm afraid she will be how her brother was and not attempt to latch at all with the shields.
