1 week old not peeing

My 8 day old hasn’t peed or pooped in 5 hours. This is the first time this has happened, usually she has a wet or dirty diaper every time she wakes to nurse. I don’t think she could be dehydrated, she’s been nursing normally and doesn’t have a sunken soft spot or dry mouth. She’s sleeping normally as it’s 5 am and is usually sleeping at this time. Should I bring her to the hospital? Call the nurses line? Am I freaking out for no reason?

Now there is a little bit of wetness on the wetness indicator but it hardly looks like a normal amount of pee for her
