Is running ok?
I am 25 and TTC for baby #1. I have been a runner since middle school and it's just something I've never stopped doing. I'm currently training for a half marathon. For a while I had laid off the running with hopes of getting pregnant, until I felt like getting pregnant was the ONLY thing I was thinking about to the point where it was just causing stress. I've decided to quit stressing, get back into my running routine and just be me until it happens... However, you can tell I'm still stressing hence this post 😜 will running (especially longer distances) lower my changes of conceiving? Anyone else ever get an opinion about this?
