Dumb question
I'm trying to see if I qualify for a breast pump on Edgepark and they are asking for my Contract/Policy Number and Group Number for my insurance. I have Amerigroup and not sure which is which. Since it doesn't say Contract/Policy Number or Group Number so what do I put? Sorry if it's a dumb question.
