Baby keeps waking up at night

My almost 4 month old has recently been getting up a lot at night. She usually would sleep in the pack n play and just get up for milk (she’s EBF), but lately she wakes up constantly after we put her in the pack n play. I even tried the magic Merlin suit, white noise machine, pacifier, etc. She gets up regardless of whether she wants milk. Before it was only for milk. Now it’s like every hour for no apparent reason.

Naps are a struggle too. She only sleeps for like 30 min in the crib or pack n play. I’m starting work next week and really need this napping thing to get resolved so the nanny can put her to sleep on time and so that she takes good solid naps.

Any advice?
