Implantation bleeding or period?
I just got off Nexplanon almost 2 months ago, we are TTC and I am 14 DPO. I have had a back ache, nausea, mild cramping and sore breats. I went to the bathroom about 30 minutes ago and have very very light pink bleeding. I am not sure if this could be implantation bleeding or period? What do you ladies think?
