4 month old sleep. Please help me..

Hi ladies 🌸.

My little girl is currently 4 months old and for the past few days her sleep schedule has gone completely upside down.

She would go down at about 7pm and wake up once or twice during the night for a feed (at about 12am and 5am).

Now shes waking every 2 hours or less!

I'm so exhausted I end up falling asleep with her on my breast and waking up an hour later to her feeding again!

I honestly dont do it intentionally. I have NEVER let her sleep in the bed with me because I'm scared she rolls off or I hurt her.

Now she will not sleep in her bed and she just will not sleep.

Please can someone help me, I'm desperate!

My fiance is away on business for 6 weeks so theres no one to help me during the night neither.

Oh and she takes about 30 minute cat naps every hour and a half to 2 hours during the day, so I literally only have time to use the toilet and eat most times and shes up again.. so I struggle to sleep when she sleeps during the day...
