Moving !!!!!

I'm moving apartments, to a very much nicer apartment complex. I want to buy decor, but I don't want to pay a ton of money for them. What are some places, online or store, that has very modern home decor - that is not too pricey. For an example. 1 accent pillow not over $20. That's just ridiculous. I've seen accent pillows that cost $40 for just ONE !!!
