Baby Shower Location?

Question

My mom asked for ideas on where to host. I told her not to expect many to show up anyway so not to put too much thought into it. (Everyone is so far away). I hate attention and dont really want anyone to give me anything, but I know she wants to throw a baby shower mostly as a get together. I tossed out a bowling/arcade/restraunt/bar place so there was something to do. 
I have no idea what else to suggest other than that.

I'm from a more rural town so finding a place that's close by and central for guests has been hard.
I agree with the other comment about check with a bowling alley, I know our local one has a party room.
Some theaters have a party room also.
Otherwise check your town hall, fire hall or community center. We ended up being able to rent my towns fire hall for $25.

We have a place called spares that does bowling/games and will deliver food to your bowling lane or party room. It's not expensive at all and the food is super good. I think that gives your guests a chance to have fun and we added on the end of our invites that wrapping paper isnt recyclable to we prefer you bring an unwrapped gift if you decide you want to give something and many people did and those that didnt we didnt open gifts until we got home🤷‍♀️

We rented a meeting room at a local hotel-it was $75-100 for the day, included round tables, nice cushioned chairs, and long buffet/gift tables all with cloth linens included
