Any advice?
Hey, so I’ve been hitting the gym and eating much healthier for almost a year now, but I still am quite ‘soft’ and do not appear to be very lean. So basically I workout 4-5 times per week for an hour each session, and in each session I run 2km to start, do a BBG (Kayla itsines guide) resistance training workout, then go on the stairs or rower for 10 mins and finish off on the elliptical. I’ve been told that I’be been overtraining, so maybe that could be stopping me from getting leaner I guess, or am I doing too much cardio? Any advice would be great xxx
