Teaching two year olds
Hey y’all I’m a daycare teacher for two year olds. I’ve been wanting to do more when it comes to their table time. They’ve all been learning really fast so I’ve been wanting to start incorporating other things. Aside from the alphabet, colors, and numbers what are some other things I could be teaching them and what are some activities that would be fun to introduce? And before anyone says they should be focused on playing, they LOVE table time, like absolutely love it. Part of the way I teach them does include games and toys. They also spend the majority of the day playing so this only takes up 30 minutes of their time. Also I’ve been wanting to do different themes but didn’t know if those should change weekly or monthly, what do y’all think? And should do you think parents would want a copy of the lesson plan?
