What are the chances I’ll give birth on due date?

I’m due April 22nd, what are the chances I’ll be giving birth on that exact date? How many people have given birth on their exact due date? I’ve always heard of it that it’s a slim chance that you’ll give birth on the actual day and it’s will most likely happen within a 2 week time line of before or after due date. This Probably sounds dumb so I just wanted to know

My water broke the evening of my due date and I delivered him the following morning (which happened to be my birthday). The nurses told me that was really rare to see someone go into labor on their due date.

Very slim chance. You can give birth at any point from 38 weeks to 42 weeks. Your week 40 due date is simply just the date that's in the middle. Most doctors will induce at 41 weeks as well depending on your doctor and health. But no one here can tell you when your child will come.
