My 6.5 week baby just slept through the night last night and I don’t know if should be happy or worried.

She’s EBF and had her last feeding at 10 last night, fell asleep in her bassinet around 11. She normally wakes up to eat around 4 but this morning she skipped that feeding and didn’t start stirring until her usual next one at 7... her weight gain seems good although I haven’t had a doc Appt since 2 weeks and she usually always has a wet diaper at each feeding, but I’m worried this too young for her to go that long without eating.

Should I count my blessings and let her sleep or should I start setting an alarm to make sure she eats?
