No appetite?

Question

Any mommies not really have an appetite? I haven’t really had once since LO was born and it’s been over 3 weeks, I’m just scared I’m not eating enough and it’s going to affect my milk supply.

I didn't get an appetite until my boy was 4 or 5 weeks old. Maybe even closer to 6 weeks. I had a great milk supply from the very beginning. My appetite never effected it.

I’m right there with you. No appetite, I have to force a banana almonds and water down. I just try to remember I’m my daughters ONLY SOURCE OF FOOD. 😊 Thinking that constantly keeps me on my toes. Lots of quick bites fruits baby carrots nuts granola definitely have been my friend lately.
