Definitely got teeth coming in you can see them! My daughter started teething at 1month, she’s now 9months old and has 5 teeth.

Is he drooling a lot? My nephew got his first tooth at 2 months and his mom found out from breastfeeding because he bit her! My son didn’t get his first tooth til about 8 months
