Cramping
Does anyone wake up with their actual stomach cramping? Like maybe from gas or constipation. At first I freak out thinking it’s bad uterus cramps but then I realize it’s my stomach and it makes me nauseas also. They’re pretty bad and this happens often in the middle of the night. Anyone else?
