Birth control method

Do any of you ladies use this app as your birth control?

I do not want to use medicinal birth control such as the pill or patch.

My husband and I want to consider withdrawal but I do not want him to do that either. So I was wondering if any of you ladies abstain from sex during your ovulation and fertility window that this app gives and if that seems to work?
