My baby doesn’t laugh

It makes me so sad. She has kind of sort of giggled a couple times and she smiles like she should and such but she has never really laughed she’s just so grouchy most of the time, she has been since she was born. I’m totally bummed, I loved my sons little belly laugh and I see everyone with babies younger than her laughed and carrying on, and then there’s her, miserable most of the time. I just want a happy, giggly baby.
