Help! My baby is pooping A LOT!

My baby is 16 weeks and she’s been pooping a lot since 12 days ago. In the past 24 hours she had pooped 9 times so basically every diaper change, there’s poop. Sometimes it’s runny, sometimes not and sometimes there’s a lot, sometimes just a little bit. When it first started, it was like diarrhea so i thought she was sick. We called the doctor office and they said as long as she doesn’t have a fever then she’s fine. She’s eating and sleeping like normal, and still active. I don’t know what’s wrong!😭😭 It’s just been too long and her poor little butt is red 😭😭😭
