Helmet Baby

Our LO just received her helmet today. She has always favored her right side and no matter how often we tried to move her to her left side, she always went back to the right.

Today was really rough and she had so much trouble napping. She usually has two naps a day that last anywhere from 1 1/2 - 2 hrs. But today she only slept in increments of 30 mins. Due to the awful naps, she was super crabby the whole day. She had one decent nap (1 hr) and I’m pretty sure it was only because I was holding her.

Any other helmet baby mamas out there? Please tell me it gets easier and better. Seeing her uncomfortable and hearing her complain/cry has been really rough on us. Feeling so defeated today 😔

Luckily we were able to get a few smiles in today.
