1yr old hardly peeing

So my 1yr old had just about a dry diaper this morning from sleeping all night. I found it odd but moving forward all day my toddler has had dry diapers. Hardly peeing. If toddler does it’s very little also hasn’t pooped in a couple days either, but I thought it was constipation from chocolate milk. Does anyone have any advice or any idea of what is happening? Toddler drinks juice and milk throughout the day.
