New year more problems 🤦🏽‍♀️

So yesterday my daughter dad decides to text

me asking for her birth certificate and Social security card. Supposedly to put her on his jobs medical insurance but she has insurance. I know it’s really so that he can claim her on his taxes. The part that pisses me off is he gets paid every week ($400-$600) and literally bought about 10 outfits in the last 2-4 months, like 3 single pack of wipes and pampers that gave her a rash.( lived with me the first few months of her life and didn’t pay attention to the ones she wear). While I work a part time getting paid bi-weekly ($200-$300) and I don’t depend on anything he gets so I buy boxes of pampers and wipes, clothes (she’s growing so fast) and whatever else she needs by MYSELF. Now his mom is saying she’s taking me to court because I won’t let them see her when I have asked him a few times to get her (especially when I was super overwhelmed). She’s mad because I have rules (1. Pick her up and drop her off home bc I don’t have a car.

2.bring her home before 9) and because I said she can’t spend the night but when I asked him to keep her overnight he said he has to see.🤦🏽‍♀️

Oh and not to mention he told me stories about his mom abusing him mentally, emotionally and physically (a few weeks ago she hit him with a bat because he was in her house while she wasn’t there🙃).

ALL THIS AND HIS MOM THINKS THEY’LL WIN CUSTODY BC SHE OWNS A DAYCARE🤦🏽‍♀️
