Has anyone here ever been diagnosed with non-specified urethritis? (Not caused by an STI) how did you get it treated. I've had it for awhile and my docs haven't been of much help. The discomfort comes and goes but I want it to permanently stop

My last doc diagnosed me and said "put a & d on it"

I apparently have no infections, just the inflammation, but I'm starting to get paranoid that the doctors were wrong. I've pretty much been told not to worry about it, but that's difficult when you feel like you have a semi constant uti

Did your symptoms improve? I’m seeing a urologist too and this SUCKS.

Yes I have a few years ago. I saw a urologist monthly, but the symptoms went away after a year. It will occasionally start up again, but then quickly goes away.

Has anyone else dealt with this?
