Sleep training book recommendation or tips? 3.5 months babyv

My baby is 3.5 months and need to start sleep training. Which book do you recommend to read that has worked?

I liked taking cara babies too. I just got the 3/4 month guide as my baby was a premie so he just hit 12 weeks. Sleep training before 5 months isn’t recommended as they haven’t developed into full sleep cycles yet. 
If you follow ALL of the sleep foundations it should make the transition easier. I did it for my first son and now with my second one it’s a lot easier.
