Can't say no!

I struggle to say no.

Even when I badly want to say no! 'no I don't want to go out' 'no I don't want to do this' 'no I don't want to go on a family holiday with you' etc

It's the guilt and more that I'm a silly nice person!

I live with my in laws and my life is hell! Specially my internal dialogue! MIL is a persuasive women and i just give in more cause I don't want any conflicts.

I dread conversations. Makes my anxiety rocket high!

I have a 8 month old.

We are going to move out soon

But I also need to fix myself. But how??? 😥😭
