Does this sound normal for an 18 month old

So my baby is 18 months and since last Thursday he has been throwing up and vomiting. He can’t keep any food down only liquids but it was to be water or formula nothing else he can keto down. Doctors told me it was a stomach bug but it’s been a week my baby has not ate since last Thursday. It’s hard. He stumbles everywhere from being so weak. I don’t know what to do. Is this normal anyone’s baby has it for this long. 7 days
