How long can you go? (Nuvaring)

Question

I can’t find my info paper about my birth control and the internet gives mixed answers. But do to complications with my pharmacy I wasn’t able to get my replacement Nuvaring until yesterday and I was supposed to put it back in on the 27th. 
Do you know how long you can go without replacing it? Will going to long screw with anything? 
I’m not worried about pregnancy cause we use condoms too I just need to know if I’ll need a doctors appointment or not.

3 hours. Use condoms for 7 days

If you're using condoms, then dont worry about it too much. You will be at higher risk of pregnancy since you have to essentially restart the nuvaring. As long as you dont have any incidents with condom failure, you will be fine until the nuvaring becomes effective in a week. You may experience unusual hormonal patterns/side effects but it doesnt necessarily mean pregnancy. Your hormones just might be a bit out of whack due to you not getting the nuvaring back on time.

When I had the patch I’d sometimes forget to change it each week but luckily it keeps releasing the meds so just did it once I remembered. I’d just leave your current one in and change it ASAP.
