Work & morning sickness

This is my first pregnancy. I thought I had it all figured out, some of my friends warned me morning sickness would suck but I was like eh, it’ll be fine if I get sick. It’s not contagious and it can’t be that bad that I’m hovering over miserable and sick my whole shift (I work as a technician at a treatment facility) however, today I’m 6 weeks exactly and morning sickness is really effecting my work. I have to clean a little, do things for clients, give their medicine, take them on walks, etc a lot of physical things. I’m so nauseas and I’m not going to just tell everyone hey sorry I’m pregnant and I might throw up might not. What do I do in this situation? I can’t guess how long or how bad I’ll be nauseas for, it could be every single day during my whole pregnancy and I cannot work like this. Morning sickness comes with pregnancy and I can’t just call out or leave work whenever I get sick cause that might be a lot.
