Do your boobs ache?

I’m pumping and breastfeeding. My boobs have a dull ache often and some sharp twinges every once in a while. 
Is this normal or do I need to call lactation?

Yep mine do! I have it all the time but I notice it more after he eats. I’m guessing it’s just from producing more milk. My boobs have also exploded to a GG so it could be the extra weight too 😳

Yeah I sometimes get this- normally when my boobs are full or baby has just drained them

Yes! It’s usually when I have a let down.. look and see during if you start leaking milk

Warm shower and massage your breasts. It’ll help move the milk.

Mine feel like that all the time, a lot more when they’re full and need to be drained. I take it as a sign that it’s time to feed baby

It could maybe be thrush? Every once in a while is normal but not all the time
