Do you wash/wipe your LOs hands after a dog licks them?

I would be wiping her hands all day 24 7 if I did that. Totally not judging anyone that does wipe their hands you're all wonderful mother's!! It's just that there's so much stuff that worries me and gives me anxiety that I pick and choose now. It's gross yes, but it's not going to cause her any harm. God know what she touches at day care and then puts her hands in her mouth ☠️ but if it will make you feel better, do it. If anyone calls you crazy, fuck em. No one matters more to you then your own child. 😁

My son straight open mouth kisses the dog if we don’t catch him in time. I only wipe his hands if he’s about to eat dinner, but he’s always trying to feed the dog and getting his hand licked anyway 🤷🏼‍♀️ I’ve never not had a dog, it’s never really bothered me much. He’s only been sick once and that was from his cousin not the dog.

I did when she was younger but shes 5 months now and really starting to interact with them and we have 4 dogs so I'm fighting a losing battle. If it was some random dog then I would and I do if shes eating or worming on her hands and clean off things they lick but her reality is living with dogs.

Only because she sucks on her hands! She’s only 3.5 months, when she grows out of it I’ll probably only wash them before she eats

Not saying this is right, I’m probably just lazy 😅 but I only wash after licks if it’s right before a meal.
