Nighttime snack
I’ve been having trouble trying to get my fasting sugar below 90.. it’s usually in the low 100s. But I’ve been desperately trying to eat different things so my dr doesn’t try to put me on glyburide again (since I’m so sensitive to it) My sugar is great during the day/night and I’m super active. My morning fasting sugar has just been a pain in the ass! What can I eat to get it down? When I took the class the dietician recommended 15-30 carbs for my snacks. So far I’ve tried chiobani Greek yogurt, apple and peanut butter, and here recently I’ve been eating the sargento snack things with the cheese, raisins, almonds etc. what can I do to get it down y’all.. I’m desperate 😫😬
