My daughter is little over 2 years old and last few days she has these 2 bumps on her vagina lip. They are not getting bigger but at first I couldn’t feel them with my finger and tonight it felt like a pimple. Does anyone have experience with this? There is no mucus, it’s not itchy and she doesn’t complain about it. She is potty trained, wearing underwear during the day and pull up for night. Didn’t switch the detergent and of course she gets clean underwear every day. She used to have a diaper rash occasionally but this is not it. I put diaper rash cream on it tho cause not sure what else to do. Thank u all for any ideas.
