Company changed maternity leave policy since I have been on leave
They Changed their policy from 8 fully paid weeks (plus 4 paid weeks from disability coverage) to 16 fully paid weeks! Feeling so thankful. Now I get 4 more weeks at home with my little nugget. 🥰
