I feel really icky today. Every time I eat I feel sick. Headache and upper back ache all day. Can't seem to get off the couch:(

I feel nauseous if I think of having a normal meal. I've been eating either small meals or snacks. Just try to stay hydrated as that's the most important thing. The baby will get what it needs from what you have stored in your body so try not to worry

I'm exhausted, starving but nothing sounds good and my head kills. I know exactly how you feel. The good news is being sick is a good sign the baby is growing well :)
