Help please anyone 🤧🙁...

Nobody can help me it seems like. Are you going to see doctors after doctor not sure what is going on but for six whole months, I have had stabbing pains in my ovary areas and in my vagina area basically all over on the inside. I have gotten blood tested urine tested, ultrasound, physical and a physical ultrasound and some other testing done to me and nobody knows what it is I also have extremely sour discharge I think I had a yeast infection but I did treat it but I still have an infection somehow I just know that I do because I still have stabbing pains that can get bad especially if I exercise and my sour discharge has been there for 6 months... around 3 months into my pain it almost felt like sometimes I needed to go to the emergency room the only thing that the doctors found when I did get tested was a bacterial infection they gave me medicine for it but it didn't go away no I'm kind of hopeless also a side note exactly 6 months ago me and my so decided to TTC and now I'm super worried about everything. I know that most of you will say just try not to think of it but I have pains constantly and sour discharge tastes awful.. (sex) obviously during sex my ESO can't eat me out or we cannot do 69 dot-dot-dot kind of a back hold especially on him :( help.
