First cycle after bc

I'm going through my first cycle off of bc ( I was on it for 10 years) and according to glow my fertile week is this week (20-27). I've been taking opk tests like no ones business but they are all coming out negative.. Is it possible that the bc has an effect on this? Would I still be able to become pregnant this month? Anyone else going through this?
