Advice and recommendations for handling frustration with 2 LO?

I don’t see these kinds of posts on here but how do you guys handle having 2 kids? My daughter (3yo) is so wild. She jumps all over the place, constantly screaming and waking her brother up. Gets in his face, uncovers him while he is sleeping, purposely wakes him up because she wants to see him.

I’m having a hard time controlling my emotions and am getting frustrated with her a lot and then I end up crying because I feel guilty that I’m so stressed with her. Please any advice?
