Constipation!
If any of you ladies are fighting constipation and can't get past it but wanna stay with natural remedies then get a bottle of 100% prune juice! Just one cup (8oz) should do the trick, drink lots of water after and wait about three hours tops, if nothing happens repeat the process. It should work like gold the first time though!
