Opinion? Trying vs. not trying

Just wondering what everyone else’s opinion is when you want to have a baby. 
The whole “don’t try and it’ll happen” theory vs. trying by monitoring with OPKs, monitoring CM or whatever else.
So I guess my question is...”try” or “don’t try?”

You can be trying and not monitor things.

The stopping monitoring works for people who stress about testing and looking for signs because stress hinders pregnancy. 
If youre not stressing about it, it doesnt hurt to monitor.

My first was a complete surprise. Didn’t try for her at all lol. For my current pregnancy, we had been actively trying for close to 2 years. Even went to a fertility clinic and did two IuIs that both failed. At that point I gave up and didn’t track anything other than my period just to know when to expect it. Two cycles into “not trying” and suddenly I’m pregnant again(finally). I’m currently 24 + 5, so for me it seems that not actively tracking every little thing and stressing about it works best 🤷‍♀️

Don't start trying. It is near impossible to stop tracking and thinking about it once you start.
