HELP PLEASE
I have just started my period for this month I’m earlier than usual as I wasn’t dues till this Tuesday but it’s very light and spotty in away but unsure and unusual for my periods to star this way I’ve been feeling ill today and a little heaving and my cramps are awful.
Has anyone else had this experience before when they start their period
