Breast cancer???

I’ve had these for a little while. I can’t remember how long I’ve had them for but I brushed them off as just some more marks on my body.

These I had never had noticed them before until I got out the shower yesterday.

I of course went on google to see what they could possibly be and the first stuff that came up was breast cancer and some of not scary stuff but of course all I could focus on was the breast cancer stuff that kept popping up. I already am going to set up an app with my Doctor but I was just wondering if any of you know what they could possibly be or just any info really. They look brown or light red in some light. They look like almost perfect circles & they don’t hurt when I touch them. And they seem to have a lil dry/flaky skin on them but I’m not really sure.
