Pinching feeling in uterus a week before AF?

I felt a pinching feeling in my uterus on my right side last week. I have never felt it before and thought it was weird. Then next days I started getting cramps. This all happened a week before I got AF? I am kinda confused because my fiancé and I want to try for kids now and I have been off drop for almost a year now. I also felt heavy, full breast, nausea, fatigue, and had tiny white bumps on only my left nipple. Am I going crazy?
