Below are the results from bloodwork that my doctor ordered a couple weeks ago when I was dizzy, short of breath, and had a racing heart beat.

I know my ferritin is pretty low, but I don’t really have a frame of reference for how low or how long it will take to return to optimal levels. I got a call from my doctors office telling me to start taking Mega Foods Blood Builder but the nurse didn’t really tell me anything else.

Does anyone have experience with this or something similar? Any insight anyone can provide? All information is greatly appreciated! 😊
