If you’ve been pregnant before please read!!

I’m honestly freaking out, I’m 6+5 currently and I know they say a change is breast is something that happens early in pregnancy. Well my boobs definitely got a little bigger and have been tender. Today I felt on my boob and I feel a lump on my left breast when I check my right side to see if it compares I don’t really feel the same but just a hard center. If that makes sense. I have an appointment Monday with my OBGYN for my first appointment which I’m definitely going to bring this up. Is this normal? When you were pregnant whether it was the beginning or the end of pregnancy how did your breast change to the touch?
