Ever feel like hey have the flu for the beginning of the day and at night it's like your healed until the next morning ?

Sounds like allergies or something of the like. You definitely do not have the flu; you get very sick with the flu and it doesn't come and go.

Try washing your bedding, you may have something like pet dander or dust that's irritating your sinuses.
